Well, since it's Friday, that means that's it's time for the "song of the week." I'm disappointed, because I haven't had the time to blog this past week, but now that I do have the time, it couldn't be any perfect.
The band that I've been listening to for the past few days has been a favorite of mine for a few months now. They're called "Isles & Glaciers."
The band is pretty much made up of members from other bands; Some including Chiodos, Pierce the Veil, Underminded, Emarosa, etc...
The vocalists are Jonny Craig (vocalist for Dance Gavin Dance) & Craig Owens. (vocalist for Chiodos)
This song, "Viola Lion" is my obsession of the week. I can't seem to stop listening to it. I think it's because of the lyrics. I don't really know how to explain them, but they really speak to me. There's a line in the song that goes; "Diamond, diamond are you all in the sky? I can't believe all of these beautiful lies. As they surround me, I will take a photograph of the sky."
Ugh...Gets me Every. Single. Time.
